2019年广东经济学会年会暨岭南经济论坛将于11月9-10日在中山大学（广州南校区）举行，此次会议由广东经济学会和中山大学岭南（大学）学院联合主办。现面向海内外公开征文。

一、 此次论坛主题：

“新时代经济结构转型与发展”

选题参考领域包括但不限于：

1.新时代中国特色社会主义经济理论；

2.政治经济学与制度经济学； 

3.区域经济学与粤港澳大湾区建设；

4.博弈论与机制设计；

5.产业组织理论与应用；

6.行为与实验经济学；

7.发展经济学；

8.经济增长与周期波动；

9.金融经济学；

10.劳动经济学；

11.国际经济学；

12.公共经济学；

13.计量经济学理论与应用；

……

二、论文要求与投稿方式

1. 征文须是作者原创的并且未公开发表的作品，符合学术规范。论文使用中文和英文写作均可,且字数在15000字之内。

2. 论文体例要求：中文写作体例请参考《经济研究》已发表文章；英文写作体例请参考American Economic Review（《美国经济评论》）已发表文章。为便于匿名评审和联系，请将作者信息（姓名、工作单位、通讯地址、联系电话、电子信箱等）列于与正文独立的首页。

3. 投稿方式：投稿论文请用WORD或者PDF格式文档发送至电子邮箱gdea_lingnan2019@163.com ,并在邮件主题注明“论坛投稿：作者姓名+工作单位+文章标题”的字样。

4. 投稿截止日期为2019年10月10日。

三、论文处理

1.组委会将组建评审会进行论文评审，以确定投稿论文的入选资格，并于2019年10月9日前通知入选论文作者。

2.选题新颖、质量较高的论文将做大会主题报告。经作者同意，优秀论文将推荐到《南方经济》、《金融学季刊》等期刊发表。

四、其他事宜：

论坛不收取任何费用。主办方为正式代表提供论坛期间的餐费，并统一为正式代表安排住所，住宿费和交通费自理；论坛主办方不安排接送站。

2019 Guangdong Economics Association Annual Meeting 

& Lingnan Economics Forum

The 2019 Guangdong Economics Association Annual Meeting & Lingnan Economics Forum is to be held on November 9-10th at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou. This conference is jointly organized by the Guangdong Economics Association and Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, and now opens for paper submissions from domestic and overseas scholars in economics.

1.  Conference Theme: “Economic Structural Reforms and Development in the New Era”

Preferred research areas include but not limited to:

i) Socialist Economic Theory with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era;

ii) Political Economics and Institutional Economics; 

iii) Regional economics and the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area;

iv) Game Theory and Mechanism Design; 

v) Industrial Organization Theory and Applications; 

vi) Behavioral and Experimental economics; 

vii) Development Economics; 

viii) Economic Growth and Business Cycles; 

ix) Financial Economics; 

x) Labor Economics; 

xi) International Economics; 

xii) Public Economics;

xiii) Econometric Theory and Applications.

2.  Paper Format and Submission

i) Submitted papers must be unpublished original research articles following the standard academic norms. 

 Articles can be written either in Chinese or English, and the length should be less than 15,000 words.

ii) Formats: papers written in Chinese please refer to the format requested by the Economic Research Journal (《经济研究》); papers written in English please refer to the format requested by the American Economic Review. 

For the convenience of anonymous peer review and contact,

 submitted papers should list the author information including name(s), affiliation(s), 

address(es) and email(s) independently on the cover page.

iii) Please submit your article in word or pdf format to the following email address: gdea_lingnan2019@163.com, 

and the email title must be “Paper Submission: author name(s) + affiliation(s) + paper title”.

iv) Deadline for paper submission: September 30, 2019.

3. Handling of Papers

i). The scientific committee will review all of the submitted papers carefully 

and inform the successful authors by October 9, 2019.

ii). Papers with innovative perspectives and high quality will be selected for the keynote speech. 

With the author’s permission, qualified excellent papers would be 

recommended for publication at South China Journal of Economics (《南方经济》)  and Quarterly Journal of Finance (《金融学季刊》).

4. Other Issues

This conference does NOT charge for any fees.

The organizers will provide meals and arrange hotels for the registered conference participants during the conference. 

However, please note that the hotel and transportation expenses are covered by the conference participants themselves.

 The organizers do not provide pick-up service.
